S. 182 - Paycheck Fairness Act |
On March 10, 2010 the AFL-CIO issued a Legislative Alert regarding the Paycheck Fairness Act (S. 182), asking senators to co-sponsor and vote for the bill.
Introduced in January 2009 the bill would plug the loopholes found in the forty-six year old Equal Pay Act, and give the 1963 Act more teeth.
